Core Suite of COVID-19 Signage

The following WorkSource COVID-19 Wall and Door signs have been developed in coordination with the WorkSource Brand and Media Group and approved for statewide use. These products are designed to help maintian social distancing and official face covering orders in all WorkSource offices. As such, it's important that these materials meet statewide brand standards and WorkSource system strategies.

Consistent statewide use is highly recommended. The following zipped packets contain printable, 8.5 x 11 PDF and Word documents. Please use your office printer to output the desired sign. Whenever possible, insert the printed signs in plastic wall displays.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, WorkSource locations have experienced an influx of Unemployment Insurance claimants looking for guidance with their claims. To help WorkSource offices direct claimants to unemployment insurance resources, the Employment Security Department has provided the following poster. Please check the revision date at the bottom of the poster to ensure you have the most recent version posted at your location.

Note: This poster is not branded WorkSource, as WorkSource locations do not assist with Unemployment Insurance claims. The poster is designed to simply guide claimants to the appropriate resources. The fastest and easiest way for claimants to apply for benefits and submit weekly claims is by using eServices at esd.wa.gov, but claimants can also use the Employment Security Department's automated phone system. Employment Security Department claim-center agents focus on processing claims and payments in the afternoons.
